Order Delivery: It takes approximately 1-2 days for delivering within Pune city limits. It takes anywhere between 4-7 days for delivering outside Pune and within India.

Doorstep Delivery: Order will be delivered at the earliest by our best delivery partners at your doorstep. We will contact before attempting the delivery to deliver your product with fewer trips.
 

Public Holiday: Orders cannot be dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Please expect delays for orders placed before holidays and during festive seasons.

Force Majeure: In the event that an order cannot be dispatched due to circumstances beyond our control—such as strikes, floods, earthquakes, etc.—Foodelovery shall not be held responsible. In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us and provide the necessary details for processing the refund.
